How do I stop the noise?

Precor USA 9.21 at slow speed we can here an intermittent soundb like a knock at the back end of the treadmill. Is it a bearing and how to fix it?

The noise occurs only when stepping on the belt and occurs at all speeds and inclines
Hi, without you helping us identify the source of the noise we can't tell you how to fix it. It could be the belt rubbing, a bad bearing or several other things. Does it happen at any speed, any incline, with someone on it or not? The more you tell us the better the help.
