Where can I buy the power supply of Altec Lansing mx6021?

There seems to be a lot of issues with it! The used to be a great speaker company, but that all stopped about 10 years ago.

Altec Lansing ADA995. One day the subwoofer emitted a high-pitched noise. No changes. Disconnected system completely, switched on and a loud hum came from the sub-woofer. Any ideas as to the fault?

A constant low hum is a sign of a power supply issue. You need to check the capacitors that filter the ripple current and you need to check the diodes that convert ac to dc

I do not have power supply cord for Altec Lansing computer speaker system with sub woofer for model AVS300. it has a plug port of DC 18V 650 mA. Can I use a AC current power supply?

Hi Dan Bushey, I'm glad you found a solution, what does not close me is that Altec Lansing, which needs a DC 18volts and 650mA power supply, works with a source that delivers 9 volts and 19KW (???)
Maybe it will be 19 volts and 1.9 Amp?
Comment please

I need a 9 volt adapter for an old altec lansing in-motion docking station that has changeable plugs that can be used anywhere in the world

what you need is a system with adapters, Europe uses one type, new Zealand and Australia use another, and of course America and Mexico you will need a transformer that will accept all of these since the used voltages changes, the America's use 110 volt systems while the Euro countries use the 220 volt system, just because a plug will fit into a socket doesn't mean its compatible with the system used in each country, if you look here you will see the different ones used in each country
http://buyersguide.bargainoffers.com/plug_adapter_guide.shtml and you will need a converter like one of these depending on the amperage your system needs, along with the reducer for the required 9 volts for whatever it is your trying to use http://www.amazon.com/Travel-Voltage-Power-Converter-Adapter/dp/B001AHTEEU

I had ordered an altec lansing 1220 speakers from flipkart. While i plugged in the speakers there was no power input to the system....hence it didn't work...when I checked on altec lansing website it...

This speaker is using a USB to draw its power. You can try using other USB ports on the computer or use USB chargers (Apple, HTC, Android phones, etc) to test it, if all else fail then you may need to return it because its defective.

MMP2 seems to have no voltage selector. Manual states power as 230, 240, 110v. I am reluctant to plug my US 110v unit into UK 230v mains. Would appreciate any info?

Check the manual..It's on the Roland site

In that unit , it's most likely an auto-switching power supply ie; universal 105 - 230 volts AC 50-60 hz

Where can I download a driver for Altec Lansing ADA745 speakers?

HI, maybe theres been a bit of confusion but your Altec Lansing ADA745 speakers shouldn't need any drivers.
Its kind of similar to you plugging in a pair of headphones into your cumputer, they should work just fine.
Are you not getting any sound? Post the details of your PC (is it a dell?)
model number etc... and describe your problem
You probably need audio drivers for your audio device(inside your pc on your motherboard),
