Printing only upper part of page - big graphic PDF

I've had similar issues and here's what I found was the quickest and easiest solution. Select, cut and paste the entire document into a new document with a different a name. Sometimes the document format gets corrupted while typing.

This is usually a Word option.

In Word versions prior to Word 2007:

1.Click the Tools->Options menu item.
2.Select the Print tab.
3.Make sure Include with document/Document Properties is DEselected.
4.Click OK.

In Word 2007:

1.Click the round Office button in the upper-left corner of the window.
2.Click the Word Options button.
3.Click Display.
4.Under Printing Options, uncheck Print Document Properties.
5.Click OK.

It would have been quite nice if you have kindly posted a picture of your printout with your problem, but it seems like its an alignment problem, Try printer alignment that is present on the settings menu of the printer software, it should automatically guide you on the rest, and if its the alignment problem it will be certainly fixed. If your printer does not have a duplex unit then the printercannot print double sided pages automatically.

Have you checked the ink level on the black ink cartridge? It's probably out. Or if it's a new cartridge, make sure the tape covering the connecter has been taken off.

Most of those have a button marked feed switch and a picture with a LED that either shows rear or bottom tray. You need to select the right tray on the printer panel.

I went to the Canon website and downloaded the drivers for the printer and it printed out right--on a full page.
