Not charging 6030 not chargin

Yes, the blinking means that it IS charging.

check the pin on the power cord . try with a different ac adapter . if it is still not chargin maybe the internal pin may be damaged.

go buy one you lazy psycho

Sounds like the phone has been restricted (SIM-locked) to some other operator/carrier.
Try with a Hard Reset, if same then You need to find out which operator's SIM cards it is locked to, and call their customer service to have it unlocked (they may charge for the code, if it is still under contract to them).

Unfortunatly that model is not bluetooth capable, you can purchase a bluetooth transmitter for it, or upgrade the phone to one with bluetooth capability.
