That depends. What OS are you running? What type of files will you burn to disc (and what capacity disc)?

The program lets you burn various files to CD, DVD or BD. If you only plan on burning data files, you may not need it. If you burn ISO to create bootable CDs or DVDs, you might find it useful if you have XP. Windows 7 and 8 include a feature to correctly burn ISOs. (I don't remember if that feature is included in Vista.)
If you want to copy optical discs to burn backup copies, this software will also handle that. The Windows built-in software doesn't copy discs with DRM.

If you are compiling your own audio and video and then burning the resultant file to disc, the software is partially useful. (Another program has to do the compiling.)
There are other programs that do the same tasks as Power2Go. Roxio Creator (includes the video editing and playback software in addition to the burning unit) and Nero Burning ROM are commonly advertised options. A review of Power2Go with links to reviews of similar products is here: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2407197,00.asp .
I hope this helps. If you need additional information, please add a comment with your OS and file burning plans.

(I burn more ISOs and data files. Thus I use the Windows built-in software most of the time.)

Power2go 6 "unable to locate one or more files"

CL Qualset is right. The best way is to create a new project instead of updating an old one. Otherwise, you will have to search through all the folders to find the missing files listed in red and remove them from your project.

0xff037303 error when i burn dvd

That is usually an error within Power2go. Does the drive read discs normally and can you write to the disc with Windows? If you can the error lies with Power2go, if it doesn't the error is with you disc drive or burning media. Try a different make of disc as if the reflectivity of the disc is too low, Power2go may not see enough information and not be able to repair the missing bits.
