The F6 error code means that the computer on the control didnt detect that the motor reached a high speed on the spin cycle, sometimes it thinks the washer didnt spin fast enough because of a loose wire connection either on the motor or the control boards (motor &machine control) if you find that the washer did actually spin at high speed (clothes dont come out sopping wet at the end of cycle) the wire connections or the motor control board will be the potential causes of the F6 error code. If your washing machine indicates fb or F6.. here's what i always do..
Make sure your washing machine has connected to the power socket..
To switch on your washing machine
Hold the power button of the washing machine and at the same time switch on the power socket..
Voila! It works!
Do take note that by doing that it does not fix your washing machine but it helps to overcome this issue..

You will need to access the drain pump first by removing the bottom panel. Open clean-out on pump and check for obstructions. If none, the pump may have a broken rotor, these are the problems related to the F6 code.

f 06 is a in issue with the motor control board, check the wiring harness attached to the board.

What is the model number of this unit. Should be inside the door on the frame. If you take off the bottom panel, there is a tech sheet in there that will tell you what that means. I don't know that one off the top of my head and I can't get at my work P.C.right now. It'll give good detail of what to look for on that tech sheet Let me know if you have any questions.
