Point your web browser at blackanddecker com then select your country or region of the world. You should then find a "Product Registration" or similar on the menubar.

Changes were made to the website. Start at blackanddecker.com and select the customer support option that appears at the top right of the page. You will see the option to register your products on the left under heading of products and services. Click on the product registration option. Sign in as a guest and you should be able to register your products. You also have the option of signing up a a member.
The website is good. Access it through blackanddecker.com. There it will prompt you for membership so you will exist in their system, and you can then register the product.
