Question about Polycom SoundStation 2W (2200-07800-001) Wireless Audio Conference
I have no dial tone and you cannot hear on either end. I have unplugged everything and reregistered the unit but it is still not working. I can dial out and it makes a connection but there is no sound or volume on the other end. Hopefully, someone can help me. I have tried everything in the manual. It almost seems like it is in some kkind of mute mode.

Ditto! must be a common problem. Anyone have any internal schematic manuals of the guts? With an internal schematic, I could probably figure it out.

SOURCE: Static from SoundStation Premier
Check the phone cable you are using for your POTS line. Attach a phone directly to the phone jack and see if it is clear or static without the device.
