Syncrony Compact leaking

I have a Syncrony Compact that is leaking through the seam in the heater haves. Is there somewhere I can order a new one? Is there some way to repair the present one? I loosened the top and watched while it was brewing (not easy) and could see the water coming through the seam. Thanks John

i have the same product and it started leaking, was it difficult to fix yourself? I have only had the machine for 11/2 years whats with that!

I have the same problem my gaggia machine just started leaking, they said it is from not being descaled is that true? i have had the machine for 11/2 years, is it easy to fix it yourself with that part.

Usually this is due to a hose that has gotten too close to the heater. You'll have to take the cover off the machine, and replace one of the hoses.

Remove the brew unit and clean the small hole under the white plastic valve make sure the little drain from it leads into the drain tray is clear.

The steam valve has been leaking on the inside for awhile, the steam condensed on the display board. You will have to replace the steam valve assembly and maybe the display board.

Brand new Gaggia Syncrony Compact will not pump water. Red light no. 27 flashes, and machine makes sounds as if trying to pump.

Open the hot water valve, if it flows for a second and stops, then pusi in on the knob if that works, call up support and ask for a new stainless steel valve for your machine.

Gaggia syncrony compact is leaking. Removed top and it appears it is leaking from the area that the line goes into the steam knob. Doesn't leak when using the steam knob, just when brew coffee

Hi What color is the steam manifold? It is located under the black cover with the trough in back under the whit tube. If its whit or black it probably needs to be replaced. If you cool down the manifold after steaming you can prevent this from happening. Just turn off the steam and then open the knob again to run water. It comes out steam at first but then will turn to a water stream. Then you can close the knob and go about brewing or just let it stand.

I have a Gaggia Synchrony compact. I recently decalsified it and it stopped working. The low water light is on and nothing works except, for the water pump. It will flow only cold water through the steam...

If it leaks from the steam wand then you need to get a new steam valve assembly. For the heat you will have to open the machine it is possible that the steam boiler is damaged or that the thermostat on there is bad, use an ohmsmeter to check thermostats and element. There are 2 screws in the grinder, 2 behind the water tank and about 2 or 3 in the front behind the door.

The steam valve tap rod needs to be replaced, or check machine if it has a plastic steam valve, Gaggia designed a new Stainless steel steam valve for the compact machine.
