Microwave turntables are in several sizes

Here are a couple of sources for them. What you have to take note of is the wheel tray also. You may get the right size turntable and not fit the wheel tray. Manufacturer is not as important as the size and tray fitting.

This one seems a bit small at 10 inches but as your microwave is only 800 Watts it may just be the correct one :
