My Landice Sprint 8700 powers on and stays on. The elevation buttons work and the treadmill moves up and down. When I press the speed buttons, the screem shows the numbers going up and down; however, the belt does not move. When I initially turn the maching on, the wheel part of the motor gives a slight jerk. The motor is a Baldor, serial number 7-43974. Any idea what might be wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I plan to sell the treadmill after it is fixed. Thank you.
See the video and procedd according. However you must LUBE the deck belt very well+rollers bearing front and back+test the drive belt motor, and replace if necessary. God bless you

I would say that it could possibly be a speed densor fault as error one means loss of speed signal!! If the mat moves first then error one shows i would change sensor before changing anything else, if the mat does not move it could be a lower control board fault.

Dear Sir:
1) Lube the deck belt very well, as your instruction manual indicate for maintenance.
2) Try to Run software calibration after you fix it. For easy diagnose and troubleshooting.
3) The elevation motor can be faulty for lack of maintenance too, again Run the software calibration.
sincerely. God bless you
