This error will be caused by a jamb inside the cutter assembly of the lower roller drawer. Remove the two black Torx screws at the left and right sides inside the lower paper drawer. Next remove the galvanized cover. You should then be able to see the edge of the paper. Grasp it firmly with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull straight up and out. Clear your errors and commence printing.

Richard Macbeth's answer is correct. Call support on this one. Is this happening on 15" or 21" paper? It could be the Measurement and Control Unit on the carriage. Also, it is best to get this upgraded to the latest supported version of code.
