KRK Rokit monitor has no sound from bottom speaker (the larger speaker for lows and mids) the unit powers up fine and i get sound through the tweeter.

What you are describing is a total component failure of something in the crossover board. You cannot really check a crossover without an oscilloscope and a frequency generator. In a lot of cheap speaker systems, there is no crossover board attached to the woofer. In your case it appears that a low pass filter is present on the woofer. http://circuitdiagram.net/loudspeaker-system-crossover-network.html

Have a fender squier 4 and wondering if you plug one side can you get full mano output?

What do you mean by "Plug one side"? Your guitar is mono....you plug into the channel with a mono signal cable....as long as you're panned to center on your channel strip, you would have full mono sound out...ie sound equally from both speakers. Usually you would be running your board in mono anyway.

No sound out of Behringer BXL3000 speaker

Suspected Faulty PC board Dead Capacitor Or Mod Pot I would suggest returning it for an exchange the problem is your speaker will work on a regular stereo because a stereo powers the sound internally causing the magnets in the speaker to vibrate Headphone jacks are designed to pick up off a seperate circuit board with a different connection to the main board hence the no sound from the speaker.

It is an either/or thing. I would recommend you get a headphone amplifier or get external speakers and drive them externally. Internal speakers are relatively poor quality anyway

There is a high pitched (approx 4K) sound induced into the system by the board. What could be the cause?

You neede to do some troubleshooting. Mute the chanels one at a time. Turn certain controls looking for CHANGES to the noise you are getting..There are far too many possibilites to cover here so we need to narrow the possibilities.

First thing: Is the board powered from the same receptacle or power source that your speakers or amps are powered from? If NOT then MAKE IT SO even if it means running an extension cord to power the mixer.

The speakers are 8 ohm so you can probably get near the 400 Watt per side when connected to this mixer. You don't need bridge mode to get this and I would recommend not using it anyway. Whatever you do make sure the speakers don't get disconnected when running at high volumes as you will arc out the amp in the mixer... I know this as I fix them... I have two PMP5000's that I repaired. Lots of work to repair...

The feedback is NOT the fault of the mixer or speakers but instead of something picking up sound from the speakers and sending back to the mixer.

The mic must be well in back of the speakers (say at least 10 feet) to avoid this or you need to use anti-feedback hardware to avoid the problem or highly directional close talking mics. Reverberation off walls can also get back to mics and cause problem. I was able to use a wireless Peavey mic which seemed to disrupt the phase enough to never get into an oscillation even when in front of the speakers.

Make sure the "ground lift" option is used on the direct box.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use a headphone output jack as the output of this unit. The headphone jack is for HEADPHONES that have no return to ground. Use of this as drive to a sound board is sure to cause problems and in some cases can fry these amps due to the circuitry.

The cable used to go to the direct box should be very short and high quality.

You should source the power for this unit from the SAME source and receptacle as your sound board if at all possible.

Phonic Helix Board sound problems

You don't specify which model Phonic mixer in question.
Is it a powered mixer ? And are you plugging your speakers into the speaker outputs ? If it's not a powered mixer and you're plugging speakers into the Line Outputs, you're not using a power amplifier between the line outputs and your speakers - this won't work.
If it is a powered mixer and you are plugging speakers into the speaker output connectors and still getting little or no sound, check your speaker cables and the speakers themselves by plugging them into known good amps.

Peavey PR15-D Powered speakers, Power on but no sound.

Check for impedance ( resistance) in ohms on the speakers disconnected from the circuit using a volt/ohm meter. I think the woofers are 8 ohms and the tweeters are 8 ohms. Also check for bad solder joints where the jacks are soldered to the circuit boards.
