My printer showing an Error code 21.1:03 Restart the printer. If the problem persists call HP support. Can you tell me the solutions?

power on your printer, after you see processing data the second time, press cancel.
Everytime I have seen this error is because the user tries to print a PDF file that is corrupt.
This has worked for me in the past.
