Be aware of email scams claiming to be from Zynga Customer Support and asking for your email address and/or password: *Zynga will never ask for your email and/or password*.
Please be aware of obvious scams such as emails ending with "@gmail.com" or "@yahoo.com" etc, as those are not associated with Yoville/Zynga."
If you need to contact them go to http://www.yoville.com/support Don't expect a quick reply.
Quote from yoville Terms Of Service - "No one from Zynga will ever ask you for your password so do not EVER give it out. If someone does, please e-mail us at: [email protected]"
Keep in mind that real Yoville E-mail's end in @zynga or @yoville
I hope that this help to solve it.
Maddy, you may not be able to get it ALL back, but you might be able to get some.
Email [email protected] to get some stuff back
But you can get it ALL back by emailing the other YoVille adress, owned by someone else. [email protected] <- Gives it all back quicker
for both you need to include your email and password, so they can check out your account. Anyway, sorry for your loss. I would go with the second one, to get it all, but some people prefer the first one.
Bye
You can get your money, items back, sometimes. There are to email adresses you can e-mail. I prefer the second one though.
The first is [email protected] <-- Which gives you SOME of the money/items back.
The second is [email protected] <-- This one gives you everything back.
In both you have to include your e-mail and password for facebook/myspace and tell them what one you use. They'll check everything out and give you some, or all, of your items back.
Sorry for your loss!
I would try to get help from their site that hosts the yoville. I just wanted to add that it is very dangerous to post your log in and password info to all these people on the internet. Hope you get the Yoville situation figured out!
When there is alot of users on facebook thir server gets overloaded. What I would tell you to do is wait 5 to 10 minutes and try again that way it gives the facebook server time and catch up with all the users. Thank you for using Fixya
Try this link, it is the YoVillian's Lounge. http://yovillelounge.webnode.com/news/yoville-gives-yovillian-500-coins/ Just copy and paste. Let know if this helps or if you need more help. JimmyC
