I have a system installed and i have mtx speakers plus mtx subwoofers i want to know how could i take the bass of the speakers because it sounds horrible when loud

if you turn the bass setting in your radio down it will take the bass out, but may take some of the bass out of the subs as well, if this occurs and you still are not satified, you either have to get a car receiver with a non fading subwoofer preout, or you could get bass blockers for all the speakers you dont want the bass in

Why does my MTX SW1515 subwoofer make a repeating thud when i turn it on? and can i fix the problem

When a subwoofer first notices a signal on the incoming line, this causes the amp to kick on which can result in some initial "noise" as the amp powers up.

My HKTS 7 Sub woofer makes no noise, the led burns from amber to blue as normal, and every so often i hear a low rumble noise. The Sub is powered and has 1 cable to the receiver, the fuse is also good.

Subwoofer is center speaker from A+B speaker signals. first check your wire to the receiver. Otherwise you need electronics service on the amplifier inside the speaker.

How do i wire mtx 9500 subs 2 10'' down to a one ohm

THE T9510-04 SUBS ARE SINGLE COIL SUBS AND YOU CAN VIEW THAT WIRING DIAGRAM AT THE FOLLOWING LINK:
http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/products/subwoofers/TechData_T9510-04.pdf

THE T9510-44 SUBS ARE DUAL VOICE-COIL SUBS AND YOU CAN VIEW THAT WIRING DIAGRAM AT THE FOLLOWING LINK:
http://www.mtx.com/caraudio/products/subwoofers/TechData_T9510-44.pdf

SINCE YOU NEED A 1 OHM LOAD, I PRESUME BRIDGED AND ARE USING TWO SUBS, THEN HOPEFULLY YOU HAVE THE DUAL VOICE COIL TYPE, AS THEY ARE DUAL 4 OHM AND YOU WILL HAVE TO CONNECT THE VOICE-COILS IN PARALLEL WHICH WILL MAKE EACH SPEAKER A 2 OHM SPEAKER AND THEN CONNECT THE TWO SPEAKERS THEMSELVES IN PARALLEL AND THIS WILL PROVIDE YOU THE 1 OHM LOAD. IF YOU IN FACT HAVE THE SINGLE 4 OHM VOICE COIL VERSION, THEN IT WILL ONLY PARALLEL THE PAIR DOWN TO 2 OHMS. OK. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE.....V

Subwoofer hum -MTX12" connected to a Aiwa Surround sound. No problems first 10 months, then suddenly all the subwoofer will do is humm loudly and not play music. Changed cables, no change, changed where it...

I assume this is an active sub. The amplifier has most likely failed. You have proved the signal source is not the problem, well almost if you can sucessfully connect the aiwa sub to another amp then we will know for sure. Usually amplifiers fail with an output device short circuit. The hum you here is the power supply direct on the speaker, I would not leave it on for long or speaker damage may ensue.

Where can I buy a subwoofer cable for my Kenwood HTB-503

Check at a Walmart first because they would be the least expensive. If they don't carry it, go to Radio Shack.
