hi try using another the Sim to see if the problem persists, u may have a sim damage

Did you drop your phone recently?
Does your unit has signal bars on it?
If none, then probably there is a hardware problem on the signal section of your unit.

Here's what you try to can do. Try removing your SIM card and place it again securely on the SIM slot.
Try also restoring to factory settings.

Hope that solves your problem.

if not, then you need your unit be repaired to service center or repair shop. complicated components inside and you might do more damage to your phone.

If phone is still in warranty, then your are welcome to return your unit to the dealer or service provider. don't attempt to open it cause that forfeit your warranty.

Check for the signal from your service provider

have you put your simcard in correctly? cause if you don't you can't do anything on your phone

The MMS on your phone should be activated by your service provider. Call tham & they will send u a text message configuration & accept it.

I think that is because of your service provider. Try with a different valid SIM card.

if you call your network provider, tell them you got this phone but it wont do MMS, they will send you the configeration settings via a text message, then you just simply follow there instructions, only takes like 10 mins from start to finish x

I was able to fix this on my phone by turning it off and then on again. My model is sgh-a737.
