There has to be a setting to do this. If you have kept your instruction book it will tell you how to do it.If you do not have the book i would take it into the store where you bought it and politely ask them if they could help you explaining your problem. They should accommodate you for that as there. should be no money required for that.

I have an answermate 62255 but mine is labeled Bell. Open
the casette compartment. There is a button labeled ogm. Hold
down until the unit beeps. Record your message and press stop
when finished. It will play your message back. Repeat until you
are satisfied

go to message settings or reset your from your settings

change the message center number from the message settings in ur cell phone settings...,i.,e ur network message center number .,.,.,

Press the >>/Time Set button for about 2 seconds. The system will announce "Monday" press the >>/Time Set again to choose the correct day. Press <</Time Check to change to hours. Select the correct hours by pressing the >>/Time Set, then press the <</Time check to change to minutes. I can't get the mail box 2 to operate either.
