You can not block you Facebook account but you can deactivate it by going into settings - account settings - security; below at the center you will see the option deactivate the account. You have the facility to block your unwanted friends or email id, simply go to settings - account settings; on the left hand side you will see the tab blocking click on it and edit it accordingly.

One reason why your account might have been blocked is Skout service are looking into all accounts and deleting all user under 18 years of age. Many users set their age to 18, and so account is deleted. Another reason for blocked or deleted accounts is if you are posting inappropriate content to skout site.
