Try the last four digits of your phone's number, then 0000, 1234, etc...
Did you reset the PIN yourself, or is it the default PIN? If you didn't change it yourself the above mentioned will probably unlock it, if not, you may have to take it into a service providers Corporate location and have a Tech. unlock it.
