It may be difficult to find a replacement FDD (floppy disk drive) unit for a Mitsubishi system, as floppy disk drives are no longer commonly used in modern computer systems.
One option you could try is to search online marketplaces, such as eBay or Amazon, for a used or refurbished FDD unit that is compatible with your system. You may also be able to find a replacement unit through a specialist computer repair shop or electronics store.
Alternatively, you may want to consider upgrading to a more modern form of storage for your systems, such as a USB flash drive or a hard drive. These options may offer more capacity and faster data transfer speeds than a floppy disk drive.
I hope this information is helpful! Let me know if you have any other questions.
I'm sorry that the player is displaying Locked and shutting down automatically. Based on the information you have provided, it seems that the issue is either with flash memory or the unit is locked by using the slide lock(hold). If you confirmed that the player is not locked using the slide switch, it should be an issue with the flash memory and it cannot be repaired by an end user. Also it is not worth to repair by sending it to RCA as RCA charges $55+shipping to fix this problem.
Hence according to my openion, it would be good if you go for replacement with a better model. This is in the case of out of warranty product. If the unit is under warranty, please contact RCA to setup a repair for the unit. Please click the following link to get the contact information to reach RCA.

Thanks for understanding. Please let me know if you require any clarifications.
There exist commercial "data recovery" services that can try to repair your device, just long-enough to rescue and copy your files. For example, see: https://services.seagate.com/index.aspx?lng=en-US for a "no data - no charge" guarantee.
THE PROBLEM U R FACING IN TALLY IS THAT THE DATA FILE OF THE COMPANY IS CUR OFT SO TRY TO REPAIR THE DATA FILE OR IF U HAVE A BACKUP RESTORE IT ON THE PROGRAM,ALSO REMBER TO BACKUP EVERY DAY OR WEEKLY AS POSSIBLE
I understand the problem. Do not let the owner, try to blame you.The problem is the landlord ! Most landlords say this to the renters and will never want to spend a nickel to fix or god forbid replace the range with a new one for 25 to 30 years. What is the model # of the range.
Here is a report that I recently read. You can tell him this was in n consumer report!
Repair or replace?
When to pull the plug on your old range
It nearly always makes sense to undertake simple do-it-yourself repairs. . Typically, you'll also find a troubleshooting section for more-serious problems in the owner's manual.
Should you pay for a repair or buy a new model? The answer depends mostly on the age of your range, how much you bought it for,and the cost of the repair.
Follow these guidelines:
When a repair makes sense.
If your range is under warranty or less than four years old , paying for a repair makes sense. Note that ranges under warranty might require service from a factory-authorized technician; readers have found them on a par with independent repairers.
When a repair might be a wise choice.
If your range is out of warranty and is four to seven years old, it might make sense to pay for a repair. Customers generally pay $100 to $200 for a repair. But you might want to buy a new model even at this stage, given that today's models are quieter and have added features. Higher energy efficiency is another plus: Energy Star-qualified models made after April 28, 2008, are 43 percent more efficient than conventional models built before 2001 and 56 percent more efficient than those built before 1993.
When it pays to replace.
The repair costs more than half the price of a comparable new range. Data also shows that it doesn't pay to fix a less-expensive range 7 or more years old.
Thanks to better recycling programs, less than 10 percent of a range you replace is likely to end up in a landfill.
