Hello I have looked through the Kenwood site and have found the Kenwood JE 550 Juicer instructions which I will post the link http://www.kenwoodworld.com/Global/Instruction%20books%20(User%20manuals)/Juicers/9266iss2%20JE550%20Multi.pdf please check this manual and the model number of your unit again the kenwood site is not listing a JE500 and if this manual is not the one you are searching for message me back and I will contact Kenwood directly in order to obtain the correct instructions that you are looking for.
