Try starting up in safe mode by pressing F8 a few times during boot to get the bootup menu. Select safe mode by itself. If you have system restore on then you can try to revert back to right before you installed mcafee. Your machine probably created a restore point right before the software installed. This would be the easiest way to get around this issue. Another way would be to boot into safe mode then go to start -> run and type msconfig then press enter. The System Configuration Utility should come up. Go to the startup tab and uncheck all mcafee related items. Click OK then reboot. McAfee won't start on boot and crash your machine and you can then uninstall it. Be careful with this step though as you could make things worse by unchecking the wrong startup items. Its best to try and revert to a restore point first.

Toshiba satellite P205-S6287 the power button

Make sure the battery has a full charge, and that it's plugged into a wall socket, then try the power button. You will get the same symptoms as a bad power switch if your battery power is very low. Other than that, the battery could be bad, or going bad. If the problem is a faulty power switch, you will have to have it replaced.
