Is the light on? The problem may be electrical, you can try plugging it into a different outlet. Try one that you are sure is working (ie unplug something that is already working and try the glue gun there). If it is getting power, there must be a problem with the interior heating coil, in which case you will have to unscrew the casing and replace some parts

You need to open the gun case and check the connections to the bulb sockets inside. I have several of these guns and the only problem has been the occasional need to re-tighten the tip screws to break through the oxidized copper adjacent the screws. Good luck!

Well you didn't give a lot of information about your gun. If you reload bullets you probably need to trim the cases. You also need to probably clean the bolt and oil the shell casing latches and make sure there isn't any dirt, powder residue or other foreign objects stuck inside the latches that keep it from gripping the bottom of the shell casing.
