To reset Error codes C0500 and C0501, perform the following steps.

1-Turn the machine "OFF".
2-Press the "STOP" button on the basic panel.
3-Keep the button pressed and turn the machine "ON".
4-Do not release the button, until the machine warm up.
5-After few seconds Error code will remove and machine will reset.Basic menu will show no error on LCD screen.This means error code has been removed and photocopier machine is ready to use.

When do you receive the error.
What drivers are you using.
What kind of toner are you using, generic or the recommended brand

You have cleared the error by entering the service mode or not?, it is not the case, entered the service mode * 28 * and go to the menu option and clear error and reset the machine
