No sound through ear phones

I have a hip Street MP3 player Model HS 322. I don't have an instuction manual and don't know how to get it to play through the ear phones. I have music loaded in it and it will play through the computer.

Try reformatting the mp3 and if it does not work then take it in for repairs

    you might have something in there other than the headphone jack
