I charged my headset and when it was fully charge the red light turns off. Now I cannot turn it on. I have had nothing but trouble with the headset since I bought it so I think I will probably take it back.

I have had 2 of these do this. One was old- one day it just would not turn on. The other one was brand new, I used it for about a week and I was using it all day and then it just stopped working- it will not turn on. I did just get a new phone- Blackberry Curve- it was shortly after I paired the old one with the phone that it stopped working. So I bought the new one- same thing. I'm going to return it and get another one- if the same thing happens I'll return it again and use the new one with a different phone and see what happens.

I have the same problem with this head set. I had one work fine for a year and then would not turn on, then a brand new one lasted for a week then the same problem. Funny this all started after i switched from a motorolla phone to a blackberry bold. Could the blackberry somehow cause this maybe with a strong preamp signal or something like that? Maybe over driving the head phones?

My headset is paired with my Bluetooth laptop but I can't hear music even I already mute PC speaker

My headset stopped turning on yesterday, and I thought maybe the battery had uncharged itself automatically somehow. I charged it completely, but the headset would still not turn on.

I followed Idarkstar's advice about plugging the headset in and pressing/holding both volume buttons for 15 seconds. After this, I tried to turn the headset on, and it worked perfectly again. Thanks Idarkstar!

I have the same issue with my insignia headphones. But they won't turn on unless I tilt them a certain way, I don't have volume buttons because you swipe on mine to use the volume. Sometimes when Im able to turn them on they turn off immediately after. Does anybody know what the issue is?

Hi my names ed and i bought this to connect an meow headphone to insignia tv but can not get it to pair

1 With your stereo headphones turned off, press and hold for four seconds. The blue and red LEDs blink alternately. 2 On your phone or MP3 player, selectINSIGNIA NS-CAHBTOE01 from the list of discovered devices, then enter the password 0000 (four zeros) (if required) to pair your headphones

How can I hook up my ipod to my insignia NS-LCD19-09 television

You should be able to connect your iPod to your Insignia TV with a cable that connects to your iPod headphone port and also has standard AV (RCA) connections for the TV. More details for connecting devices to your TV can be found in the User Manual.

I want to transfer my files from pc to mobile via bluetooth

If you want to transfer files from pc to the mobile device. Make sure the pc has a bluetooth turn on. Most of the laptops have a built in bluetooh , but for desktop computers you need to purchase a bluetooth adapter.
Once you have the bluetooh turn ON on your computer. Turn on the bluetooh on your mobile device.

From your computer. Right click on the file that you want to transfer and select send to bluetooth. Click on search for bluetooth device and then select the name of your cellphone ( or name you assigned for the bluetooth on your cellphone)Once you click the name, just go next . You will get a message saying accept bluetooh file on your cellphone, just accept the file and your done.

Why does insignia ns-bthdp have a solid blue light?

I had this problem but the red light was on constantly with no response to anything I did. I plugged this into my power adapter and pressed the + and - buttongs at the same time and it reset and started working properly.

Headphone jack problem

Most likely the solder points inside the unit where the headphone jack attaches to the system board have come undone. If you know how to solder, you could open the unit and fix it. If that is not an option, you could resort to using the other headphone jack instead assuming it is not damaged as well.

No sound

If it has always done this, then there might be a problem with the speaker board or the hedphone hack (the headphone ports are designed to disconnect the speakers when a plug is inserted).

If this is a recent development, try shooting some canned air into the headphone jacks and see if it doesn't free up the contacts.
