CASIO SF-6700SY I was using my mom's electronic rolodex CASIO SF-6700SY when I accidentally hit something that I don't remember doing. When my mom went to search for her contacts, it appeared that everyone of her contacts had been scrambled and therefore we couldn't find anyone. Also, when we tried to search for someone by entering their full name, the screen would say, "NOT FOUND! PRESS ESC TO QUIT" when in reality we knew that the person was listed in there. It's possible that i hit the synchronize button that caused all the entries to be scrambled. PLEASE HELP! We are trying to find some critical information! Our phone number is 850-656-5409 ASAP!  Much appreciated!

Be sure that you are searching in the TEL directory where the original data was stored. Press the TEL button to change from TEL-1 ---> TEL-2 ---> TEL-3 ---> and back to TEL-1. If you are searching in TEL-2 or TEL-3 and your data is in TEL-1, then that would explain your problem. Here is a link to the manual for your device:
