A quick and easy way to do this is with a GMail IMAP account. Just setup the GMail account on the Mac and in Outlook on Windows. Then in Mail (Mac) drag the messages from your account to the GMail IMAP folders (make as many as you need). Now in Outlook drag the messages from the GMail IMAP account into the Outlook folders you want.

Another way is to go fro third party applications.
The one I know is : Apple Mail to PST Convert - Convert Apple Mail Emails to WIndows Outlook PST

Using third party applications has the advantage of doing the migration quickly while the imap account method is slow and lengthy.

Choose the way you want to opt.
Thank you

ThunderbirdThis alternative is free, mostly automated (no renaming of folders) but it requires a separate application, i.e. Thunderbird.

  1. Install Thunderbird. On first launch, tell it to import from Outlook (not Outlook Express).
  2. It will import account settings, contacts and email.
  3. Copy your Thunderbird profile (XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<your userid>\Application Data\Thunderbird\Profiles\<your profile>.default, Vista/7: C:\Users\<your userid>\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\<your profile>.default) to your Mac. Several methods can be used to perform the copy operation:
    1. If both computers are on the same network, file sharing can be used.
    2. If the computers are NOT on the same network, the fastest approach is to zip-compress the profile folder in Windows, put it on an external storage device, bring the device to your Mac, connect it, and decompress the zip file.
  4. Start the Mail application and go to File > Import.
  5. Select Thunderbird and point it to the profile folder you copied to your Mac. The imported mail will be under "On My Mac".
  6. To be safe, you can go to "Mailbox > Rebuild" inside Mail to make sure there's no corruption resulting from the import.
If this doesn't help you, try going to the source. Here is a link to give you various options, some free, some not very expensive.

SOURCE: How to import Outlook Express mails to Windows

Normal 0 Windows Visa has many features to import your old settings and files (your outlook exp) from your old computer to you new computer. The main program that comes with your Vista computer is called “Windows Easy Transfer”. You start this program on your new Vista computer by going to the “Start Menu”, “All Programs”, “Accessories”, “System Tools”, then “Windows Easy Transfer”. You will get a UAC message when you start the program but it will walk you through all the steps that are necessary to perform the file transfer. You will be able to transfer you files and settings in a few different ways. You can do it by network (privet [home] only), by USB cable, and by CD or DVD. The program was designed for users of all skill levels and you should have any problems with it.

Good luck,
