I can only imagine you have a shop display machine and they took the plug off. Otherwise it should be obvious.

KitchenAid Artisan mixer accessory port not turning

You probably just need a new Shear Pin. This is just a small steel pin like a nail that goes through the gear and the drive shaft. If the strain on the final drive exceeds specs, the pin shears through and thereby saves damage to the gears and motor.

This is one of the Shear Pins. They just call it 'pin, retaining'.

My Kitchenaid Mixer Model KSM150Ps is tripping my breaker after replacing the speed control board.

Try a different Receptacle outlet if it trips that breaker you know its the mixer, and there will prob be a short/loose connection somewhere

Every time I switch on my KitchenAid mixer, the electrical system trips - what could be wrong - will it be expensive to fix?

You're wiring can't take that much load OR your mixer is short circuited. Test it by connecting to a different outlet first If it still trips.

My daughter's Kitchenaid Artisan 325 watt mixer had a malfunction last night. The unit itself is less than 3 years old. It had been running on high for approximately 5 minutes when sparks began to fly...

Sorry cant solve this but mine did the same. Mine is almost 4 years old now. Have you found out what the problem was with yours? Have you sent it back? Nicky.

KitchenAid Artisan KSM150BOB Stand Mixer won't start

It could be very easy. It maybe you have a the brush in the wrong way round or they have simply run out. They are on the sides under the black plastic caps. Although they will fit in the hole any one of 4 ways round, there is a key on one corner which means it will only go in one direction. Use a torch to look into the hole before you put it back in.
They shoud look like this : brush
