For soft reset type *#7780# For hard reset type *#7370# and if it ask passcode enter the passcode as 1234 as default.Please backup all your data if you performing hard reset because hard reset deletes all data on your phone like contacts,messages,music,videos and photos

Go to menu-> filemanager-> press the right soft key(top button on right side). You can see option format external memory. Select the option.It will give some warning like "All contents will be removed" press yes. Then it will ask for password. The default one is 0000.THats it
