Use a rubber mallet and be careful. You can put holes in the plastic.
If this is the yellow house with a pink door and blue roof, the corner shelf will take some elbow grease. It is a little difficult to get it out.

If you don't know the name of the item look at the pictures and match it to the best one. If you don't find it, you can call the customer support, but they probablly don't carry anything if not pictured.

If they don't offer any, you'll have to be inventive and come up with something. Take a picture and take it to home depot, lowes or ace. Tell them what your looking for. They should be able to come up with some suggestions.

Yes you can get a replacement of that part. Little Tykes usually sends them for free if your did not have it in the shipment. If you just lost it there may be a very small fee. Contact Little Tikes customer service at 1-866-582-4386
