  6. Step 6 Place the Jabra headset close to your phone to ensure it can be discovered by your cell phone.
  7. Step 7 Select a "Connect" or "Pair" option once the Jabra headset name is discovered and displays on your cell phone.
  8. Step 8 Enter the default passcode by entering "0000" on your cell phone keypad.
  9. Step 9 Ensure that the Jabra headset has been paired. Look for the Bluetooth icon in the upper portion of your cell phone screen. Make a call to verify that audio is being routed through the Jabra headset.

Setting up Jabra VBT2050 Bluetooth

I took my husband's suggestion and used 0000 and it worked. My husband claims it is the factory default for all bluetooth headsets. Try it and let us know if it works.

Bluetooth wont sync with my bluetooth enabled phone

This is not actually a solution, but when I had the same problem with my Jabra (which I think is one of the best), I took it to my phone store and they synched it for me. Lots of navigating around and knowledge of a code to input. Screw it, let them do it!
