What does the owners manual say the light is for ?
It won't go off until you diagnose & resolve or repair why it is on.
When you ask a question we need lots of detail
We can't answer every question when a light comes on & you don't provide a vehicle, engine & all the details in the manual about the light & the vehicles driveability issues
You have a system fault or malfunction that need to be diagnosed in the VSC function or that part off the system a code may point you to
Only a trained tech will have an answer to why something isn't working & only after the problem is found
You won't know what to ask & they won't tell you if you go to a dealer. A repair shop may work more closely with you if your in need of knowing alot & I would suggest you always be part of the solution & educate your self or else do your vehicle repairs
Bulbs -usually burn out, all at once, haven't you had that happen
Blue Bulbs- are illegal in most states & you asked about the most light. Won't get that from some aftermarket fancy color gimick
So Dim Lights--that is a problem obviously You will have to have that diagnosed,I won't guess at it. Only visual inspection & testing will establish why their dim
