IPhone 3G V.2,2 jailbroken

If i wnat to see caller's ID I have to enter the name card 2 times, one with + country code+ number ( for SMS recognition ID) and with the local number format ( for caller ID recognition).
My laptop using iTunes V. 8.0 under Vista SP1
My have one iPhone browther and Edfit list under windows.
Please give me a solution

Easy. (hope not too late :))
1. Press green phone button (as making call, list of recent calls appears).
2. press "menu", go into "options", then go to "smart dialing".
3. Choose correct "country code" and "national number lenght".
4. save.
