How good is the whistler 1595se radar detector
That model was made in the late 90's early 2000 and it was the top of the line at that time. It still picks up all the current bands but it will not pick up POP mode radar guns however that the newer Whistler models will do.

Users manual
super old model and no manual available online. What info do you need? Whistler does have tech info if oyu click on radar detectors and then on the left pane - click on Additional Models. At the pull down menu - select 1190.
