Sounds like a bad print job stuck in a print spooler.
Turn off copier. Go around to all computers that print to it and open the print queue. delete all print jobs. reboot each PC. Power up copier and see if it clears

If you have the MX2300 you should also have SharpDesk. With Sharp desk Compser you can manipulate the pages in whatever order you want prior to printing.

The booklet mode will take the pages order 1,2,3,4,5,6 etc and organize them properly so that the final product can be folded and pages printed accordingly so that they are in correct order.
It is called Phamplet printing.
