I have a Samsung PS51D550 51" 3D plasma tv and every on average 10 minutes or so the screen goes blank but still has the Samsung logo moving around the screen like a screen saver, the tv still has audio just no pic when this happens so all I do is press a button on the remote and it's all good again, any ideas on what this could be thanks.
Just do a factory reset. To do this, you might have to enter its service mode. But before doing this, make a hard reset to it and check. Unplug the TV from AC mains wall socket, and re-plug it back after 10 minutes or so. If it do not help you, enter its service mode, and select the reset option, go to factory reset and press enter.
