Hi, i have blackberry bold. 2days ago while i charging my bb, my friend called. then i talked to her for about 45min then suddenly my blackberry shut off. at first the red light was on then off, the it's on again then off again. then i pull the battery out. after i put back the battery, my bb can't even turn on. and until today it still can't be turn on even though the battery is full. (i already charge my battery using my friend's bb)

Lots of battery issues with the Bold. Try taking the battery out, keeping it out and connecting to PC with USB. Do any lights come on? Red light should appear. Put battery in while connected to USB.
Another fix that I found for a friend-leave the battery out of the unit for a day-put it in and plug in power cord or USB. It worked.
Have same problem. I take battery out it reboots and then turns off bout 5mins later.

my blackberry keeps shutting off even when the phone is fully charged and stuff, i talk on it for like 2min max and the whole phone just shuts off. Even while im texting or checking e-mail etc it still shuts off...by the way this is the 3rd blackberry t-mobile sent me as a replacment....any help please!!!
Install Blackberry Desktop to your computer. Run the program. Then connect your blackberry with the battery in to the computer. Does it connect? Does it allow you to make a backup? Post your results for more help....

My blackberry 9300 curve will not come on. I changed the battery and it still doesn't want to come on. When I charge it it does no show any red light to indicate it charging. I need my phone urgently please help!
