This is an easy fix. First you walk into Mordor. When you reach the huge tower (can't miss it, the one with the fiery eye on top), go inside and get the Palantir (dark crystal ball, swirly smoke inside). Now you just make a magic wardrobe from Narnian pinewood, go through the looking glass, battle the Lich King with the sword you pull from the Sorting Hat and bathe yourself in fresh dragon blood. After you've done this you should be able to enter the Chaos Dimension without getting killed by Cerberus. Now just follow the gaydar signal to find Maximillion Pegasus' henchman and ask him about the legendary Pokemon. He'll challenge you to a Shadow Shootout. If you win this he'll provide further instructions.
