There are universal power supply units available that come with a variety of interchangeable ends and switchable polarity, current and voltages. However, if one of these will fit your particular needs I have no idea or indeed if they are available in your country. Try eBay or Amazon. I hope that is of some help.
Sorry Gregory, gave you the wrong number.
You could try something like this. Various voltages and currents with different adapter plugs. This is on Ebay UK but I would think there are others, don't know where you are.
Ebay item number: 201154296095
If the plug (male) is smaller than the socket (Female) then it's probably the wrong model. You mentioned replacing the cord - be aware that in those low voltage power connectors there are a whole bunch of sizes. - you may have picked up one that is marginally different (hence the looseness) - electronic stores (Radio shack etc) usually carry switchable supplies (You need to know whether original is 3V, 5V, 6V etc...), and size of connector, and polarity (Whether it's positive on the centre or the outside. ) ALternatively, ring 1-800-722-9125 (ATT phone customer service). IF you look at something like Amazon com Universal AC Adapter 15V 16V 18V 18 5V 19V 19 5V 20V 22V 24V... on amazon you will see what I mean by the diversity of connectors. Unless you have the original for comparision, it might be a crapshoot (i.e. wrong connector could "smoke" the phone - ATT customer may be best option.
i would try purchasing a universal laptop charger on ebay and see if it works. they are under 25 bux. worse case scenario you will have a backup ac adapter. be careful plugging in other ac adapters because the polarity could be wrong or it could have to much amps
If it requires a 65W adapter, then any universal adapter will work and probably be cheaper.
or off ebay:

any 19V 3.42Amp adapter with the right tip will work.
hello..if you need to run @ safe the unit only up to 16v 2amp DC u need to try input..do not try higher from 16v DC or Lower 15v DC..or you need buy a new..Thanks And Good Luck...^_^
