My GE profile harmony washer doesn't drain properly. The tub is moving and or spinning but there is no water coming out of the drain hose. I can hear a deep rumbling noise like the pump is stuck or straining. If you blow into the drain hose very hard you can feel it free up and it starts to drain immediatly. Please help.
It sound like you have a blocked pump. Remove the pump from the machine and check where do you have this clogged, inside the pump or in one of the pipes connected to it. Good luck!

I had the same problem with my GE Harmony washing machine.....Would unplug it, and after about 20 minutes, the pump would work again. I checked the pump for blockages, and never found any. Now, my pump has completely died. If it wasn't such an expensive washer, I would throw it away and buy a new one. So, off to buy a pump. You would think GE would address this problem.

I have had the exact same problem with my GE Harmony washer. The water will not drain and there is a rumbling noise. We have to disconnect and then reconnect the hose to fix it.
