I need to change the old company name to the new one

1. Press: function, 3,#, #
Display shows: your own number
2. Press: start
3. Enter your fax number (max. of 20 digits)
by pressing the number keys.
• To insert a space between digits, press
the # key. To enter "+", press the * key.
• If you make a mistake, press the SPEED
DIAL key to backspace and clear the mistake.
4. Press: start
5. Enter your name by pressing the appropriate
number keys as shown below.
• To enter two letters in succession that
require the same key, press the
SPEAKER key after entering the first letter
• To change case, press the REDIAL key.
Press # or * to scroll through symbols
and special characters.
6.When finished, press: START
STOP

if is a l350!open the cover over the one touch speed dails,press data registration and set!It says user settings,press set,Scroll to unit tel nr,press set,type in your nr,press set and there u go!

1. Press MENU 0,3
2. Enter your new fax number (if the old still exists, move the cursor/arrow back ward to the first position to change the number displayed
3. Press SET
4. Enter telephone number (if it's the same as the fax number, enter the fax number again)
5. Use the dial pad to enter your name (if your name still exists, leave it as it reads)
6. Press SET
7. Press STOP/EXIT

You will be given a choice to press 1 to continue with the change or 2 to exit without changes.
Press 1
The date and time will now appear and the change is complete

On the right hand key pad
1). Press Function
2). Press 01 (data registration
3). Press set twice
Display the tel number, change if that is wrong
4). Press set twice again
Enter the company name (unit name)
Use the numeric keys-max 24 characters

Press Data registation,on usersettings press set,press the arrows untill you get unit name,press set,insert you company name there.
To change the fax number-under usersettings select unit number and change it to your number.

Set Speed Dial / One-Touch Feature

1. Open One-Touch Speed Dialing Panel and press “Data Registration.”
2. Under “Additional Functions” scroll to find “4. ADD. Registration” and then press “Set.”
3. Scroll to find “1. 1-One-Touch Speed Dial” and then press “Set.”
4. Under “Tel # Registration” scroll until the desired “One-Touch” number is displayed. Press “Set.”
5. Under “Tel # Registration” scroll to find “1. Tel Number Entry” and then press “Set.”
6. Under “Tel Number Entry” enter fax number (with “9” and the area code – ex. 913104454200) and then press “Set.” Screen will display “Data Entry OK.”
7. Under “Tel # Registration” scroll to find “2. Name” and then press “Set.”
8. Under “Name” enter the company name and press “Set.” Screen will display “Data Entry OK.”
9. Press the red “Stop” key on the main control panel.
10. The “One-Touch” feature is now set.

Label corresponding “One-Touch” button with company name.

Lift up the cover under the display and press the data registration key, push "set" then scroll down using the arrow keys and look for "user setting" push set, and I think you scroll to the option that says terminal id push set enter your new name and push set again then you can enter your fax number. at any time push the stop key to exit out

Press fuction 7 1 key in date & time press set
