If this is a Toshiba the hypermodule likely failed and needs to be repaired or replaced. You can get kits from Ebay from sites like www.TvRepairKits.com

There is an extremely bad capacitor in this. I have repaired many of these. Find someone to remove the cover and the board. Easy repair...solder all grounds after you replace the capacitor, this will confirm good grounding and proper fix.
The auto mode will not necessarily work when there is hand shake , it seems that , it will remove slight hand shakes and blurs , but that's not what it's meant for.
The auto mode is like a sensor to the surroundings and then adjusts the camera exposure and color settings accordingly.
Therefore remember whenever you take pictures , not to move the camera and it's always better to focus an image first by half pressing the button and then when the image is focused and green dot is coming on the screen , you go ahead and press the button fully.
Hope this helps ..:) Your feed back would be appreciated.
If its just live events, I'm going to assume its your cable/satellite provider. If you watch blu-ray, DVDs and it doesn't shake your TV is fine.
The first step is to determine whether it's the LCD display, the image or the video feed from your cable or satellite provider. Make sure all your connections are secure and not To test the LCD display, open your menu options to see if that shakes. If it doesn't then it's not a hardware problem and your TV is fine.
If your menu does shake, unplug everything from the TV. You will need to test if you have possible inference from other devices. One by one plug your devices in and view the menu for it to start shaking. This is one possible solution to the shaky image.
Again, other possible solution is your cable or satellite providers feed is shaky. You need to call them and inform them of the issue. A replacement receiver could solve the issue.

Yes you have a problem in the red crt driver board. Most likely the driver transistor is failing. This is a component level repair, so if you have no experience with TV repair, play it safe and call in a trained tech to assist you in this matter. Good Luck
Yes it is a temp problem as you found out for your self Great call on that BUD.. the best thing to do is contact sharp to see if they have had simular problems and if there are any recalls on this model . If not they will instruct you where to send the monitor into to be fixed.
