This is the biggest POS that we have ever bought. We need to reset the parental controls. How do you reset the parental controls. What is the code for it. Please help.

Go back into the set up and factory set it then go back through the end user set up again. Sony bipass code is 7774 for parental control Not sure where that 1s made. That dont work track down the customer service number for the manufacture
Go into the settings menu, Parental controls, reset parental controls.
Click through the confirmation screens, and then it will give you a
confirmation code and ask you to call Nintendo.
Instead of calling Nintendo, go to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.wsgi
and enter the code. Even though it was originally written for the Wii,
marcan's reset code generator will give you a valid code that you can
enter into your DSi to remove the parental control.
How to Change the Parental Controls: Follow the directions below to make changes to any existing Parental Controls.
On the Nintendo DSi Menu, use the stylus to select the Settings ("wrench") icon.
Select the right arrow twice to reach the third page, then select "Parental Controls."
Select "Yes," to change the parental controls.
You will be prompted for your 4-digit PIN.
If you know the PIN, select the empty text box and enter it using the on-screen keyboard, then select "OK" to continue.
If you don't know the PIN, select "I forgot," then select the empty text box for the answer to the secret question and enter it using the on-screen keyboard. Select "OK" to continue.
If you don't know either the PIN or the secret question, the Parental Controls will need to be reset. Please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.
Select "PIN" to change the PIN or "Change Settings" to update the setting you wish to change. Once the changes are made, select "Done" to confirm any changes.
the preset password is 3308. but first goto set up menu select rating press enter/play, select rating agin press enter/play, chose rating you want, then enter password 3308, press set-up to exit, press enter/play to start.

If you forget your password, press and hold TV on the remote and the
MENU button on the television simultaneously for 3 seconds. Parental
controls will then unlock and you can re-enter a password via Lock
Parental Controls.
