Description: Main motor malfunction • The main motor (M1) lock signal remains HIGH for a continuous 1-sec. period at any time 1 sec. after the main motor has started turning.
Causes: Main motor (M1) Printer control board (PRCB) DC power supply (DCPU)
Remedy: 1 Check the connector between M1-PRCB CN6 for proper connection and correct as necessary. 2 Check M1 for correct drive coupling and correct as necessary. 3 M1 operation check. PRCB CN6-7 (LOCK) 9-D 4 Change PRCB. 5 Change DCPU.

Description: Controller - engine connection failure • The engine control system can not communicate with the controller.
Causes: Printer control board (PRCB)
Remedy: 1 Turn OFF and ON the power switch. 2 Change PRCB.

Sir/Mam there is no M-1 on that model are sure? Does it say PC DRUM needs replacing in the upper left of the screen? Or a code like C-0958 (example)

Main Motor failure to turn, PROBABLE CAUSES:
1. The main motor (M1) has failed.
Replace M1 (p/n 4038 M101 00). If the problem persists replace PWB-M (p/n 4038 0101 05 for bizhub C250 and p/n 4038 H001 01 for bizhub C252

Utility button then stop 00 stop 01. Then use arrows to clear data screen then clear counters. Has the drum and developer been replace do that before clearing the counters

The error code is a main motor has probably failed you will need a technician to diagnose and replace.

Hi the problem is going to be with the M1 motor most of the time replacing this motor will fix the issue However in rare cases if it still gives you the same error after replacing m1 motor then you will need to change CB Main Body control board my advice is to replace the motor and if it still gives error code replace the cb board but it will fix your problem
