While in a videoconference our screen goes black for about 3-5 seconds, every 10-15 minutes. While our screen is black, the far side is not aware of anything wrong since they still see us and hear us. We cannot see or hear them, though. All connections seem to be OK. We have the Polycom connected to 2 LCD TVs (one shows far and one shows near) and both TVs seem to be doing this at different times - no matter if I'm showing far or near side, it will still go black (obviously we don't care if the near side goes black since it's just us). Camera is quite old so we're not sure if it's camera or cables or something else??
Please help.

Are you able to move the camera using the remote?
If not, then you may have a hardware issue.
If yes, then try to connect to the Viewstation (web interface) using its IP from a Computer.
