Its a short somewhere. They can be tough to find. Do not be tempted to put a larger amp fuse in because that will cause damage. The fuse is doing its job. Probably best to get a pool tech on it.

2003 kodiak 400 2x4, as soon as the ignition key is turned on the 30 amp fuse by the blows.

You have a dead short . Disconnect the battery , set your volt meter to read ohms and send a current from each position on the ignition switch to the fuse block where the fuse is blowing . You should be able to trace the problem quite quickly .

Wy fuse keeps blowing

Fuses blown when an overload occurs. More often than not caused by a short circuited transistor in the main amp section. Possibly also on the power supply too.

Fuse 18 for dash lights keep blowing. Have replaced light switch and instrument cluster

If your fuse blows repeatedly, the circuit is drawing
too much current. Possible causes:

1) short in circuit... frayed wire, accidental circuit board contact with metal frame, solder bridge on circuit board, or wire placement/connection error

2) Too high voltage in circuit can cause excess current

drain

TROUBLE SHOOTING: measure circuit voltage w/ meter. If normal, put amp-meter (with fuse) in circuit

at problem fuse connector and quickly check current.

If very high, trace (look) along current path for location

of a short to ground/frame/etc.

Hope this helps...if this is all Greek, consider looking

Every three to five days low voltage shorts never trips fuse on cicuit board of the furnace (model # fpbb075a4) trips fuse on transformer. circuit board been replaced problem still returns

You have one of the most difficult problems to solve. The fact that it is intermittent makes it that much harder to find. Unless you are top notch on electrical and heating and air equipment, you will need some professional help with this repair.
A low voltage short can be literally anywhere in your system. The way to isolate the short is by
noting exactly when the fuse blows. Is the heat running? Is the fan blowing? Exactly what low voltage wiring is being energized at the time the fuse blows. To know this you have to be intimate with exactly how your system works.
In your case where it is intermittent, i would try a smaller fuse on the transformer (example if you have a 5 amp fuse, try a 3 amp). If the short is constant but not pulling quite 5 amps all the time then maybe it will trip a 3 amp. This will help immensely in trying to pin point the circuit the short is in.
3 things to note about this situation.
1. Even a properly fused tranformer can explode when shorted.
2. Unless you are very lucky and find the short with a visual inspection, you will probably need the short to stay constant to isolate its location.
3. You will need a cracker jack hvac technician to locate this short. Ask around for a name of a specific technician, not just a company name. They should be able to show you precisely where the short is when they find it.
Hope this helps.

Hi my virago 535 1995 model blows the main fuse as soon as i try to start it it fires the blows the fuse been told may be regulator if i disconnect it will the bike still start ? just to test ...

All electrical circuits regardless of voltage or polarity require 2 sides or "legs" of power referred to as L-1 or Line 1 & L-2 or Line 2.
Positive and Negative in this case being 12 volt DC, households will have 1 hot leg and a Neutral for 115v or 2 hot legs and a ground for 230volt circuits, regardless all circuits require 2 sides of power.

All circuits require a switch to control the circuit
and all circuits require a "load" or device as in a light or horn etc.
Any circuit without a device or load is a direct short, same as if you laid a wrench across the terminals of a car battery.
A correct load will have just the right amount of resistance to not pull excessive amperage, i those cases a fuse may slow blow, or bake awhile to blow, while a direct short blows right now no waiting at all.

Harman P68 pellet stove glass fuse blows after 1 minute.

You can do some troubleshooting by looking at the glass fuse after it has failed. If the element looks melted and there is no other discoloration, then the fuse probably blew as a result of an overload somewhere. If the fuse is burned black, then it's probably a short in the system.

You can meter the motors to see if they are shorted anywhere or open.

It sounds like you may be correct about the circuit board.

Every time I connect my Campbell & Hausfeld fp200300av Compressor and push the power on, the fuse blows. Even if I disconnect the motor from the circuit board the fuse continues to blow. Then I extracted the Rectifier-diode (the black and square with a hole electronic with four stands part).
This piece was the reason of the short circuit, I replace it with an equivalent one and I accomodate it to the right terminals in the circuit board. My compressor works flawlessly again!
