This is an over-the-range model (KitchenAid model: KHMS2050SSS - 0), with control panel in the door. Although installed at the recommended height above range, heat over last 5 years caused the handle to crack and finally break off altogether. It is not obvious how to get into the door to replace the handle (without destroying the door ;-). Nothing on YouTube or here appears relevant for this type of door.
You usually get better search results by leaving off any dashes or spaces in a model number.
Normally you have to
separate the door panels (as shown in the photo)
and then you'll see the previously hidden screw(s) you need to remove.
Or you can watch a YouTube video (not a video I
made) that demonstrates how it's done.
In some cases, you then
have to gently rotate the handle to unlock it.
You can find
helpful literature and exploded view diagrams with part numbers here and you can order parts from the Pros here.
Well, I have the replacement handle, but still not sure how to attack the installation. The online videos are for "simple" doors; this one has the control panel embedded. And the exploded views don't have enough detail to determine if the side screws need to be removed.
If the screws shown here need to come out, I assume there are three on the hinge side as well, meaning that the whole door needs to be removed to disassemble the door.

Chances are the door panels separate as shown in the photo I have attached below. Panel replacement can usually be done without removing the door from the microwave. In cases where it is felt that door removal is necessary, I recommend detaching the door from the hinges. I generally do not advise removing the hinges from the microwave. Whenever the hinges are removed, great care must be taken to put them back in the very same position they were in. Failure to do so can cause microwave leakage, which can cause risk of skin burns, fire, and disruption of nearby electronic devices. There is a pin holding the door on upper right hand corner of the door. Holding the door in the open position, lift up on the door a little and remove the pin. The door will come off. There are two screws on the edges of the door on the end where the handle is located. Remove the screws. Now, Take a slim screw driver, and carefully pry between the inside door panel and the ourside door panel starting at the end where the door handle is. Lift the inside of the door out. The opposite end of the inside door panel will come out last. Believe me, this works. Getting it back together is a little bit different, but it snaps back together without using tools. Just put the inside of the door back by laying it down with the handle side down after you have replaced the handle of course. Now, pushing in on the inside of the door panel starting on the handle side, start with lining up the panel and push gently. It will go back into place much much easier than it comes out.

Check out this door frame diagram, specifically number 1805. It clips on to the door frame. Remove it using a dull table knife or something similar (be careful not to scratch or break anything). You will then have access to the bottom screw.
