To help you understand and delete the bookmarks from your android tablet, make sure you really want to delete it, and that you've chosen the right bookmark because this would delete the bookmark completely.
Please follow the steps given below:
- Launch your Android web browser.
- Tap the 'Bookmarks' icon in the top right hand corner.
- Tap and 'Hold the bookmark' you want to remove, until a window pops up.
- Select the 'Delete bookmark' option, then tap OK.
Load Chrome Browser app from Google Play store. Have it import all your bookmarks, then you can have them on whatever device you have chrome loaded on--Laptop, mobile phone, tablet, etc...
Hi Joan,
You need to go to "my Kindle" on Amazon. Bring up the list of your books and then go through them deleting them as required. The last time I did this I found that I had to make a list of the read ones first. Also, I found that I couldn't check a number of them together for deletion, I had to deal with each oneindividually.
Once you have done this you should find that the deleted books come off the Kindle once you've opened it near your wireless hub. Amazon com Online Shopping for Electronics Apparel Computers Books DVDs...
Open Safari, click on the little book icon in the bottom of the screen. It will open your bookmarks, hit Edit in the bottom right corner. It will bring up red circles with lines in them on the left of the bookmarks. Tap on that, it will delete those bookmarks.
Ok so go into your safari, if you can see up the top right corner, next to the search bar there is a little picture of a book. (It is next to the little cloud and the plus button). Click on that and it will bring a menu down. It should list all your bookmarks. You should then see a button in the top left of this little menu saying something like '< Favourites' or a folder name. Click this, and then click another that says '< bookmarks'. Then you should see 2 things, Favourites and History. Click on history and you should see all the sites that you have been on. Then you can just click the button that says clear. Hope this helps!
Ok so on Safari, you can see your search bar up the top, to the right there should be a little picture of a book, then a picture of a cloud, then a addition sign. The picture of the book is History/bookmarks. If you click on it and it says bookmarks, just click the button in the top left of that menu to back out of there and then it should show 2 things that say either Favourites or History (Unless you have added folders etc)
you have to do a hard reset. press the menu button, then go to settings, then go to the advanced tab and do a factory reset. i had the same problem and that fixed it.you will however have to put all your books back on it so just a warning. but it will be worth it.
